B2B SaaS terms for the Veritor platform. Plain-language version of clauses that B2B customers actually care about. For Enterprise customers, a negotiated MSA supersedes this baseline.
You can use the Veritor platform — REST API and dashboard — to verify business entities and run KYB / AML / TPRM workflows, subject to these terms.
Don't use Veritor for harassment, surveillance of natural persons unrelated to business verification, sanctions-evasion, or other unlawful purposes. The data we return is intended for compliance, due diligence, and legitimate business decisions — not for adversarial profiling.
When you submit verification queries that include personal data (director names, UBO data), you are the data controller for that processing — typically under legitimate-interest or legal-obligation (AMLD6) basis. We act as your processor. DPA available on request.
Free tier: best-effort. Starter / Professional / Team: 99% monthly uptime target, no formal SLA. Enterprise: contractual SLA negotiable. Source registry downtime (KRS, MF, etc.) is outside our control but we maintain cache + fallback to minimize impact.
Monthly or annual billing in EUR (defaults), PLN / GBP / USD available. Pricing per published rates at /pricing unless Enterprise contract specifies otherwise. EU VAT added per local rules; reverse-charge for EU B2B with valid VAT IDs. Stripe handles payment processing.
Self-serve cancellation from dashboard. Monthly plans terminate at end of current period. Annual plans non-refundable for elapsed months, but unused verification credits transferable to extension for 90 days.
You own your account data and verification history. Verification results are derived from public government registries — we don't claim ownership of registry data. You may export / delete your data per the privacy policy.
Standard limited-liability clause. Veritor's aggregate liability capped at 12 months of fees paid by Customer. Both sides remain liable for fraud, wilful misconduct, and breaches of confidentiality / data-protection obligations (Polish law mandatory minimum).
Mutual confidentiality. Your verification queries, customer lists, and business logic are confidential. Our pricing, technical architecture, and roadmap (where not publicly disclosed) are confidential.
Polish law applies. Courts in Warsaw, Poland have jurisdiction for EU-domiciled customers. For Enterprise contracts with non-EU customers, ICC arbitration may be agreed.
Material changes notified to account holders 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance. Disputed changes — you can cancel without penalty during the notice period.
